I've been thinking about this blog even since I was travelling last year and my blog fell apart after I entered a third world country and internet existed only as dial up. So I wanted to combine the amazing year I had in 2010 and then exactly one year later find things in the seemingly mundane, everyday life of 2011 that could be just as wonderful. So here goes...

On April 22nd 2010 I was flying to Rio De Janeiro.
Today in Ireland it's Good Friday. It's the start of the long weekend and the pubs are closed. And I'm looking back at photos of the trip.
I'll start with the optimism tomorrow....
